This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you download or play Agent Coo: Extraction (the "Game"), provided by RivonTech ("RivonTech", "we", "us"), an independent developer based in the United Kingdom. It applies wherever the Game is available.
The Game has no account system and RivonTech does not operate a server or analytics service that receives your gameplay data. Your progress and preferences remain on your device. The Game does use Google AdMob, whose advertising technology may process device and usage information. If you choose the sharing feature, your device creates a screenshot and opens the platform sharing controls; RivonTech does not receive the screenshot.
The Game stores progress and preferences on your device, which may include mission and rank progress, achievements, collected rewards, best results, audio levels, graphics quality, control sensitivity, camera, vibration and introduction settings. This data is used to save your game and apply your chosen settings. It is not sent to RivonTech.
You can remove progress using Settings → Reset Progress. You can remove all locally stored Game data by clearing the app's storage in Android settings or uninstalling the Game. Clearing data or uninstalling may permanently erase progress.
The Game is supported by advertising supplied through the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob). It may display banner ads, occasional interstitial ads between play sessions, and rewarded ads that you choose to watch for an in-game benefit.
Google and its advertising partners may automatically process information such as:
| Information | Purpose |
|---|---|
| IP address and approximate location derived from it | Ad delivery, localisation, security and fraud prevention |
| Device and app information, such as device model, operating system, language, screen size, app version and network type | Compatibility, ad delivery and reporting |
| Android advertising ID or similar resettable identifier, where available and permitted | Ad measurement, frequency controls and personalisation where consent or law permits |
| Ad activity, such as ads requested, displayed, tapped or completed | Delivery, measurement, rewards and invalid-traffic prevention |
| Diagnostics, performance and crash-related information associated with the advertising service | Security, troubleshooting and improving reliability |
Google acts under its own terms and privacy practices. See Google's Privacy Policy, How Google uses information from apps that use its services, and AdMob privacy information.
Depending on your location and Google's configuration, Google may present a privacy or consent message before using data for personalised advertising. You may also manage or delete your advertising ID and adjust ad-personalisation choices in your Android or Google account privacy settings. If you decline personalised advertising where that choice is available, you may still receive contextual or non-personalised ads.
RivonTech does not sell your personal information. Some privacy laws define certain targeted-advertising disclosures as "sharing" or a "sale". Where those laws apply, use any choice offered in Google's privacy message and your device's advertising privacy controls.
When you deliberately use the Game's sharing feature, the Game captures the displayed result or rank card, saves the image to your device's Pictures/AgentCoo area, and opens Android's share chooser. You decide which app or person, if any, receives it. The chosen service applies its own privacy policy. RivonTech does not upload, receive or store the image. The Game does not silently access your photo library.
The Game may use internet and network-state access to load ads; the advertising-ID permission where supported for the purposes described above; vibration for gameplay feedback, which can be disabled in Settings; and Android media services only when you request screenshot sharing. The Game does not request your precise location, contacts, microphone or camera.
The Game is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. RivonTech does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Advertising services may apply age-related restrictions, non-personalised treatment or other safeguards as required by law and platform settings. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has sent personal information to RivonTech, contact us so we can investigate and delete anything we hold.
Where the UK GDPR, EU GDPR or similar law applies, personalised advertising and associated storage or access rely on consent where required. Contextual advertising, security, fraud prevention and providing the ad-supported Game may rely on legitimate interests or another lawful basis available to the relevant provider. You may withdraw consent through the controls presented by Google or your device, without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing; receive portable data; withdraw consent; opt out of targeted advertising or certain disclosures; and appeal or complain to a regulator. RivonTech normally holds no player personal data to retrieve or delete, but we will respond to a verifiable request sent to the address below. For information held by Google, use Google's data and privacy tools or contact Google. UK residents may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
Google and other services you choose when sharing may process information outside your country, including in the United States, using safeguards described in their policies. RivonTech does not transmit locally saved progress to its own systems. No method of electronic processing is completely secure, but third-party network communications are expected to use industry-standard protections such as encryption in transit.
Local Game data remains until you reset it, clear the Game's storage or uninstall. Shared screenshots remain where you save or send them until you or the receiving service deletes them. Google determines how long it retains advertising information; consult Google's policies and account controls for details.
Ads and platform sharing may lead to third-party apps, websites or services. RivonTech does not control their content or privacy practices. Review their policies before providing information.
We may update this Policy when the Game, its service providers or legal requirements change. The current version and effective date will remain on this page. Material changes may also be communicated through the store listing or the Game where appropriate.
