These terms apply when you download or play Knockout!, a game made by RivonTech ("we", "us"), an independent developer based in the United Kingdom. They apply to players in every country where the game is available. By playing, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the game.
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play Knockout! on your own devices for non-commercial use. You may share videos and clips of your own gameplay. You may not copy, modify, decompile, resell or redistribute the game, cheat using modified versions or tools that fake purchases, or use it in a way that breaks the law or interferes with ads.
Coins, unlocked levels, skins, hats, glasses, outfits, bling, gloves and other in-game items are virtual. They're a licence to use content in the game, have no real-world value, and can't be exchanged for money or transferred to anyone else. They're stored on your device, so they can be lost if you uninstall the game, clear its data or change phones. We may rebalance prices, rewards and items in updates.
You can buy optional coin packs with real money. Purchases are made through Google Play and are subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. Coins are added once Google confirms your payment. Refunds are handled by Google under the Google Play refund policies, and nothing here affects any right to a refund you have under the consumer law of your country. Purchases that turn out to be fraudulent or reversed may be removed. If you're under 18, please ask a parent or guardian before buying anything.
The game is free and shows ads provided by Google AdMob. Rewarded ads are optional. Ads are supplied by third parties, and we aren't responsible for their content or for websites or apps they link to. How advertising data is handled is explained in our Privacy Policy.
The game, its name, logo, characters, artwork, music, sound effects, code and design belong to RivonTech or are used under licence. The game's text uses the fonts Lilita One and Luckiest Guy under the SIL Open Font License. These terms don't give you any rights to our content beyond playing the game and sharing clips of it.
We may update, change or stop offering the game, or features of it, at any time. Some updates may be needed to keep playing.
Knockout! is a cartoon game of slapstick slaps, throws and ragdoll tumbles. Please keep the slapping in the game: don't copy it on real people or animals, and don't play anywhere it could put you or others at risk, such as while walking near traffic or driving.
The game is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don't promise it will be error-free or always available.
To the extent the law allows, RivonTech isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of in-game progress or items, arising from your use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.
We may update these terms. The current version will always be on this page with its effective date. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere, you keep any protections the consumer laws of your own country give you that can't be excluded by agreement, and you may bring claims in your local courts where that law allows.
